I'm a lawyer and entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in founding and managing companies, for myself and my clients.

As an entrepreneur, I successfully co-founded and expanded my first company from a single location with three employees to six locations with over 100 employees, before selling it in 2019. Since then, I have founded or co-founded more than a dozen ventures, licensed my products internationally, and been the COO of a mid-sized company.

As a lawyer, I have assisted clients in forming companies, buying and selling companies, raising capital, and executing mergers, and other acquisitions.
